There will be three aid stations on the 69er course:
- Aid 1 | Mile 22 | Rice Lake
- Aid 2 | Mile 47.1 | FR 350/Sawbill
- Aid 3 | Mile 65.5 | Onion River Rd
We will have Hoist hydration options, Honey Stinger waffles, Anderson’s Maple PURE FUEL Gels and Bobo’s PB&Js at on-course aid stations! Additionally, you can find water and other hydration options. Please plan to stop and open your hydration pack or bottle to allow contactless filling from a volunteer. Don’t miss Wilde Protein Chips or Chomps Beef Sticks once you cross the finish line. Then you can celebrate with a beer from Fulton Brewing or a Cider from North Shore Winery – all tabs located on your bike plate.
Course cut offs:
- 11:30 AM – Rice Lake
- 2:15 PM – FR 350/Sawbill
- 4:30 PM – Onion River Road
There will be H-frames with a white background, black print and directional arrows along the 99er course. Pink ribbons will be visible along the course for reference.
69er awards will be 3 deep in each category:
