Experience the Lutsen excitement with the Lutsen 29er. 29 miles, about 2,300 feet of climbing, 19% single track, 31% pavement, 14% snowmobile/ski trail, 35% Forest Service Road, 100% FUN!

Course Stats:
- 30.9 miles
- 2,391’ gain
- 9% max grade
- 2.9 miles longest climb
*Note – GPS File Users: There are some minor areas where these GPX files are not totally accurate. The course will be marked for the event.
- For those of you who wish to battle a little less singletrack, we have a course option B!
- If you take this alternate route, you will still receive a finish time but you will not eligible for awards.
- If our single track section of the course is too wet to ride, all participants will use this route to complete the race.
There will be one aid station on the 45er course:
- Aid 1 | Mile 22.8 | Onion River
Course cut offs:
- 3:39 PM – Onion River Aid Station
- 11 hours for the full 29er
- Note:
- Any riders arriving after this time should be transported back to the start/finish via sag vehicles.
- If riders insist on continuing it it will be at their own risk, they will be listed as a DNF and their race plate will be removed.
There will be H-frames with a white background, black print and directional arrows OR orange signs with black arrows along the 29er course.
