LOAD-IN
Exhibitors may select Friday load-in time during event registration.
Approved exhibitors for Saturday Finish Festival are welcome to leave weighted tents, tables and chairs after Friday’s Expo. We recommend lowering tents overnight and packing up all valuables, as there is no overnight security.
Saturday ONLY Load-In: 6AM – 8:30AM.
If you would like to park within the exhibitor/sponsor parking area Saturday (race) morning, you must arrive prior to 6:30AM (due to traffice & race start) or after 8AM (once race has started / athletes exited).
PARKING
One vehicle pass per brand will be provided by race management. Vehicle passes must be placed on dashboard. These passes will be distributed prior to race weekend. No trailers are permitted in this parking space.

BOOTH SET-UP & RESTRICTIONS
Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the booth size and may not obstruct walkways, general view, and other exhibitors. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval by Life Time. Exhibitors must remain open at all times during event hours.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval from Life Time. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.
Life Time staff reserves the right to restrict and remove anything that has not been pre-approved.
INCIDENTALS
Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, wifi, etc.
Power and ice may be available upon request but are subject to limited availability.

If you are planning to outbound ship, please select this option in your registration. BOLs are REQUIRED prior to leaving the venue on Saturday evening.

ADVANCED SHIPPING
Booth Materials
All exhibitors that need to ship materials for Expo/Finish Festival activations, please ship between Monday, June 15 and Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Please LABEL your items accordingly for activation use.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
Booth Materials
Post-Event shipping must be scheduled for pick-up Monday, June 29, 2026 between 9-4PM. BOL or shipment receipt should be provided to event staff prior to leaving event Saturday.
