Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors approved for Saturday set-up are welcome to leave weighted tents, tables and chairs after Friday’s Expo. We recommend lowering tents overnight and packing up all valuables, as there is no overnight security.

Saturday ONLY Load-In: 6AM – 8:30AM.

If you would like to park within the exhibitor/sponsor parking area Saturday (race) morning, you must arrive no later than 6:00AM. If you arrive later, be prepared to walk to your booth space/finish festival area. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.

All exhibitors that need to ship materials for Expo/Finish Festival activations can do so between June 9 – June 20, 2025.

Please send a complete list of shipping items and tracking information* to receive the advanced shipping address information, along with any specific instructions to Lily Burns – lburns@lt.life.
*Please provide tracking number – required for all shipments.
**Reminder: Each brand is responsible for outbound shipping post-event.

One vehicle pass per brand will be provided by race management. Vehicle passes must be placed on dashboard. These passes will be distributed prior to race weekend. No trailers are permitted in this parking space.

Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the booth size and may not obstruct walkways, general view, and other exhibitors. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval by Life Time. Exhibitors must remain open at all times during Finish Festival hours.

Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval from Life Time. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

Life Time staff reserves the right to restrict and remove anything that has not been pre-approved.

Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, wifi, etc.

Power and ice may be available upon request but are subject to limited availability.
